2、 Tap the current carrying part of the switch (copper strip)
1. Brass: hard, slightly weak elasticity, medium conductivity, bright yellow
2. Tin Phosphorus Bronze: hard, good elasticity, better conductivity than brass, red and yellow
3. Red copper: slightly soft, good elasticity, high conductivity and purplish red
3、 Tap the switch contact
1. Pure silver: low resistance, soft texture, low melting point, easy oxidation, easy to produce arc, burn wires or switching elements, resulting in poor power on.
2. Silver alloy: low resistance, wear-resistant texture, high melting point, oxidation resistance and superior comprehensive properties than pure silver
4、 Tap the switch button
1. Self lubricating type: nylon, hard material, wear-resistant, self lubricating, effectively reducing friction
2. Ordinary reinforced nylon: there are astringent bands after a long time, and the increase of friction force leads to the melting of silver spots and the decrease of current carrying capacity
5、 Tap the switch base
1. Imported reinforced nylon: good insulation, strong rigidity, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, no deformation under high temperature, ensuring that internal components will never fall off
2. Recycled PC material: weak impact resistance, weak heat resistance and easy deformation
3. Ordinary synthetic plastics: easy to aging, flammable and easy to deform
